Where are the other training modules?
The remaining Chimney Inspection Foundation training modules are currently in progress and will be available once completed. You will receive notification by email with instructions when each module becomes available.

HOW OFTEN ARE THE VR TRAINING MODULES UPDATED?
We strive to continuously improve and update our VR training modules to ensure they remain relevant and effective. Updates may include enhancements to existing content, bug fixes, and the addition of new features or modules. Our goal is to provide users with the best possible learning experience through regular updates and improvements.
CAN I ACCESS THE VR TRAINING MODULES FROM MULTIPLE DEVICES?
At this time no, our VR training modules are designed to be accessed from a single device at a time. Each user account is associated with a specific device, and access to the training modules is limited to that device for security and licensing reasons. If you wish to access the modules from another device, you will need to log out from the current device and log in from the new device using your account credentials.
How do I exit the app?
To exit apps, press the Meta button and click exit. The Meta button is the concave button on the right controller with the Meta logo.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Cannot connect: Meta may be down. Please check https://www.meta.com. Check your headset battery to be sure it is fully charged. The FTF licensing server may be down. Please try again in a few minutes.
Hands are gone: You may need new batteries in the hand controller(s). Exit the app and enter again in the event the controller(s) did not sync.
