Mid-Level 3D Artist

 

Responsibilities

– Develop and optimize 3D models and textures for VR applications

– Work closely with senior artists and developers to ensure assets meet technical and aesthetic standards

– Contribute to character animation and rigging as needed

– Utilize Maya, 3DSMax or Blender, Photoshop, Substance Painter and Illustrator to produce assets in line with project requirements

– Participate in art reviews and implement feedback to improve asset quality

– Ensure assets are delivered on time and meet project specifications

Requirements

– A minimum of 5 years of experience in real-time 3D art production

– Proficiency in Maya, 3DSMax or Blender, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Illustrator

– Strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and shading

– Experience with character animation is a plus

– Knowledge of real-time rendering constraints and optimizations

– A traditional or formal art background is a plus

– Strong communication and collaboration skills

– Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
